    Each fit takes ~2 hrs.

  2. How much does a bike fit cost?

    Road bikes fits are $250, TT bikes are $300. (This includes clip on aerobars).

  3. Do I need to bring my own bike?

    Yes, this will be the best way to assess your ideal size and geometry.

  4. Can you fit bikes from any brand?

    yes.

  5. Do you work with triathletes?

    absolutely! Bike fits are for all cyclists, from rec to racer.

  9. Do you offer follow-up adjustments?

    Yes. Sometimes the perfect fit takes a few adjustments. Just ask!

  11. Do I need to be clipped in to get a fit?

    Yes. This ensures proper foot placement and guarantees the same positioning.

    No. I am a concierge service in fitting and PT. This allows me to bypass outdated interventions done for the sake of reimbursement and instead follow the most current research in injury rehabilitation.
